While most gyms have closed during this quarantine, many people have started doing their workout routines from home. The downside- it can be so hard to find the motivation to get moving, especially when you don’t have to go anywhere! You might have a small space to work with, or you may not have the proper equipment.
The upside- you can make your own rules, wear whatever you like, and can even replace weights with bottles of wine! All from the comfort of your living room! What better way than to motivate yourself than with a glass (or a few bottles) of wine! We’ve linked our favorite wine workouts below.
