Your tour will take you deep into our cellar, guided by Skip, Jordan, and our winemaking team, where you’ll experience the magic of harvest time firsthand. As you walk through the cellar, you’ll have the chance to taste wines in production, savoring them in their raw, unfiltered state. Depending on the rhythm of the harvest, you might witness essential winemaking techniques such as pump overs, punch downs, and analysis. This is a rare opportunity to see the winemaking process in action and understand the intricate steps that transform grapes into the wines you love.
After the tour, get ready to roll up your sleeves and participate in the age-old tradition of grape stomping! Feel the grapes beneath your feet as you contribute to the winemaking process in the most hands-on way possible.
