Come out on September 24th for a day full of family fun including fall games (for adults & kids), shopping vendors, festive foods, grape stomping, guest wineries and live music by the Cowboy Crossings Band! Feel free to order lunch from our Le Grand Cru bistro or purchase foods from our food trucks & different vendors.

What is a Harvest Festival and how does it work?
Potomac Point’s Harvest Fest is a fun and family friendly wine festival in which you receive tastings from Potomac Point Winery and guest wineries included in your admission price (assuming you’re 21 or older). Many wonderful food & shopping vendors will be set-up for you to browse. Fun activities, such as grape stomping, facility tours, moons bounces (for kids and adults), games, face painting and live music for dancing will be set-up around the winery and vineyard.
**Please note: this is our most popular and busy day of the year, a real festival type atmosphere. If you are interested in a calmer, more relaxing day we would love for you to visit us another time**

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We have complimentary self-parking at our facility. Parking does tend to fill-up, we recommend driving in groups.
Is the winery open to the public?
No. If you plan to visit the winery on Saturday, September 24th between 11am-5pm you must have a harvest festival ticket. The winery will open to the general public at 5:00pm.
Do I need an ID?
Yes. Valid identification is required for admission to the event if you would like to partake in wine tastings.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted at the picnic areas in the vineyards. We do not allow any outside food and drink to be brought into the winery or any seating areas attached to the winery.
Is Food and Drink included in my ticket price?
Yes and No. Yes-wine tastings are included in your ticket price. No-food can be purchased separately from our Le Grand Cru Bistro (we will have a special menu) or a variety of food vendors on-site.
Is there a special Harvest Festival Menu?
Yes! See the special menu on our website!
** Le Grand Cru Bistro’s normal menu will not be available during Harvest Festival**
What is the refund policy?
Harvest Festival tickets are Non-refundable.
Will you be selling tickets at the door?
Possibly. If we still have tickets available we will be selling tickets at the door between 11:00am-1:00pm only. Check back closer to the event to see if we are sold out.
Can I purchase wine to take home?
Absolutely! You are able to purchase wine from Potomac Point Winery and all guest wineries.
Can I bring my children?
Definitely. We have Family Fun Area dedicated to children including moon bounces, face painting, games and more!
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are allowed in the vineyard, outdoor seatig areas and tasting room on a leash. Please keep in mind this is a very popular event that draws crowds; if your dog is not comfortable with crowds, kids or other dogs please do not bring them to this event.
What happens if it rains?
Rain? On Harvest Festival Day? NEVER! The Harvest Festival is a rain or shine event.
