At Potomac Point Winery, it is our goal to help out the members of our local community in any way that we can. In this case, it was with wine! We recently had the opportunity to donate some of our wines to benefit the Fredericksburg Counseling Services and their “Sweet Side of Life” fundraiser, which helped to raise over $15,000! Fredericksburg Counseling Services is a Free Mental Health Clinic that strives to provide counseling and resources to low income and uninsured families free of charge. Currently, Fredericksburg Counseling Services is working to teach positive coping skills to local 6th and 8th graders, in an effort to help prevent teenage suicide.
