Chef Oz has created yet another delectable Le Grand Cru bistro menu for this Spring & Summer. After many tedious hours of tasting these new menu items and pairing them perfectly with Potomac Point Wines we are ready to announce some of our favorite new menu selections:

  • Chicken Chipotle Salad on avocado mousse with a bed of mixed greens
  • Shrimp Margarita lettuce wraps with mango salsa
  • Lobster Roll with cilantro butter
  • Portobello cap stuffed with creamy artichoke dip
  • Potato Croquettes with chorizo, goat cheese, and peppadews
  • Scallops and grits and shrimp sauce
  • Grilled chicken kabob with sweet Vidalia onion, bell peppers, tzaziki sauce and naan

The new selections will be available beginning Wednesday, April 1st.
